How do I get an invitation letter for a visa to the USA?
You will see all the requirements and advice for travelling and entering the USA on the venue page. You can also request a visa invitation letter on the page if you require one.

The exhibition will be in the Morning Consult office.
Who is the back wall supplier for the conference?
DC Exhibits is our official exhibition supplier in Washington DC. They will assist you with organizing your booth presence at the event.

What are the artwork specifications?
• 3” x 8” ft (32 sqft stand) – 992 mm x 2418 mm, bleed area 2 inches on all sides.
• 6.5” x 8” ft (64 sqft stand) – 1984 mm x 2418 mm, bleed area 2 inches on all sides.
Illustrator Notes:
• Provide all linked files
• Outline all text
• All images should be 125 dpi at full scale
• Zoom in to 100% to visually check print quality
• Provide any critical PMS colors
• Art should be CMYK
• No Zip files

The 97 sqft and 129 sqft stands can contact DC Exhibits directly for bespoke stands and/or furniture rental.

Deadline: Monday 20 October 2025.
A 25% late fee will apply after the deadline. This also applies to furniture selection. -
The exhibitor kit rental catalog with pricing will be provided by Olga olga@esomar.org
IMPORTANT
Please bear in mind that this venue is a little different to a convention centre or hotel as we are at the office of Morning Consult. It is important to meet the deadlines as additional items are not available on-site.
When can I set up my stand?
You can start to decorate your stand as of 4 PM on Tuesday 4 November and should be finished by 7 PM on Tuesday.
What are the exhibition opening hours?
Now things start to get exciting - we are officially open and ready to do business in the exhibition hall:

Wednesday 5 November: 08:30 AM – 6 PM (Networking Drinks start at 7:00 PM offsite at Riggs Rooftop)

When can we break our stand down at the end of the conference?
We have had a very full 2 days, so we understand that at the end you are keen to finish up. The exhibition closes after the end of the Farewell drinks at +/- 6 PM on 6 November
What is included in my stand?
Depending on the size stand that you have ordered, you have different things included in the package. Just double-check your contract to see which size stand you have ordered
Info point package 3sqm - 3"W x 8"H
The info point package includes - a back wall; 1x high table + 2x high stool and wifi.
Medium stand package 6sqm - 6.5"W x 8"H
The medium stand package includes - a back wall; 1x high table + 2x high stool and wifi.
Larger stand packages
These spaces include - wifi
Please note that furniture, back wall and a carpet are NOT included and need to be ordered
If you wish to use a different supplier, then that is no problem, but your stand design needs to be submitted to Annechien (annechien.degroot@esomar.org) before it is built so that we can be 100% sure that it will meet the various health and safety requirements of the venue. Stand approval needs to be submitted before 9 October 2025.
Shipments
How do I ship to the venue?
All shipments need to be done through your own suppliers, such as DHL/Fedex etc. Your shipments should be sent to Morning Consult and be very clearly marked so that Morning Consult's colleagues can store them for you and have them available on the big day. Please ship the boxes as follows:

How do I ship my materials back after the event?
Your shipper needs to pick up your shipments from Morning Consult's offices within 3 days of the event. As above, please ask your shipper to pick the boxes up at this address:

Can I display promotional materials?
Yes definitely but they do need to remain within your own stand space to avoid any issues with your neighbours.
